- Surfaces with cracks in the plaster or drywall
- Paint products supplied by the customer
- Moisture and or mildew damage
- Horizontal surfaces (ie: bottoms of window sills)
- Rotting wood or disintegrating metals.

• W.C.B. and Insurance is up to date at all times. Copies are available at customer’s request.
• Projects will not be considered complete until the customer is 100% satisfied.
